You Know how to dream...

Inspiration can be found anywhere and everywhere.

One of my goals of this blog is to share the things, people, places, and moments that inspire me.

Today, I wish to talk about a wonderful blog that I discovered a few months ago.

This blog is beautifully designed and filled with lovely pictures and quotes that inspire me on a personal level.

I hope that you all enjoy this blog as much as I do. The blog, called Embody Heart, is owned by Katie Geddes Ulanov and can be found at http://embodyheart.org/.

The owner, Katie Geddes Ulanov, is a very talented woman who designs gorgeous custom rugs (Embody Homeand operates a communication and vision building company (Embody Art).

When talking with Katie about the Embody Heart blog, she said, “It inspires me too. It's so cool. It has a life of its own. I was already playful but this particular angle of playfulness feels sort of like a friend playing with me or something-like my new imaginary friend.”

According to the about section on the Embody Heart Blog, “embodyheart is intended as a dollop of inspiration and playful fun, a place for free creative expression. embodyheart is about operating from a place of heart deep inside.”

I think this is the perfect explanation for the journey that Embody Heart can take you on as you visit, if you allow it!

The blog has four fantastic categories filled with deep thoughts, sweet fun, and inspiration.  The categories are Tiny Pleasures, Inner Child Gallery, Inner Vision Gallery, and Original Poetry.

The category “Tiny Pleasures” focuses on those special moments of simple appreciation for tiny things like walking on the beach, appreciating the scenery around us, or the simple joy for a lovely bunch of grapes.

The Inner Child Gallery is an adorable and fun foray into the world of babies and young children and the lessons we can all relearn and apply as adults.

My personal favorite is the Inner Vision Gallery, which focuses on quotes and imagery with deep thoughts and life lessons in a classically beautiful way.  When I visit this section, I always find something that fits me for the moment and offers a little insight that helps me keep moving forward and staying positive and appreciative.

The last section is Original Poetry and contains a bunch of short illustrated poems. I enjoy the poems because they give me a little glimpse into the inner psyche of Katie herself.

As a whole, I find this blog to be a warm hearted gentle jaunt into a fun loving and deeply insightful place filled with joy and inspiration.

I especially love the Inner Child section for its sweet playfulness and the Inner Vision Section for its personal meaningfulness for me.

My hope is that you will each take a look at the Embody Heart blog and then come back and share with me anything that inspired you or captured your attention or simply made you laugh over at Embody Heart!
