Sisterhood of the World Bloggers Award

This award is kind of a fun one.  It is for female bloggers to encourage the spirit of sisterhood. I received the award from RestlessJo, who offered it to anyone who follows who would like to have it.  I liked that it is a positive award encouraging sisterhood in blogging and I LOVED the movie Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants, which the award picture reminds me of, so I accepted the challenge.

The Simple Rules of the Sisterhood of the World Bloggers Award
1.      Thank the giver
2.    Post 7 things about yourself
3.    Pass the award on to 7 other bloggers and let them know they’ve been nominated
4.    Include the logo of the award in a post or on your blog

7 Things About Me
1.       I love listening to Broadway music, especially from Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, and Wicked.
2.    Cats are my favorite animals, but the dogs outnumber the cats in my household. We have four dogs and two cats.
3.    Illustrating quotes is one of my favorite forms of inspiration.
4.    I have Fibromyalgia, but it does not own me.
5.     I like to do a happy dance that embarrasses my children at home when my pain levels are low.
6.    I also like to listen to happy, upbeat pop music.
7.     I have book inside of me just waiting to be written.

7 Award Nominees from Me
1.      Midnight Musings
4.    Chronic Mom
6.    Recovery Corner
7.     Positive Fountain

I chose these nominees based on the blogs and blog owners that I feel are most like “sisters” in the blogging world to me, because they help me keep moving forward with blogging and staying inspired!
