Day 10 Blogging Olympics: My Blogging Bulls Eye

Continuing with the Blogging Olympics, I am now on Day 10: Archery!  For this one, we need to determine what the goals are for your blog in the next six months. I think this topic is pretty clever and an excellent disguise for us to write down our goals, which in my experience has always led to the goals being met or revised.

Here's my first vision board that I put together that is basically a graphical representation of my Blog goals.

My goals for My Inspired Life with Fibromyalgia blog in the next 6 months are:

1.       Post an average of 4 times a week
2.       Create at least 5 more designs for my awareness items
3.       500 Google Friend Connect Followers
4.       20,000 Unique Hits
5.       50 Networked Blogs Followers
6.       500 Facebook Fans/Likes
7.       200 Twitter Followers
8.       Be one of the top Fibro blogs for 2012/2013

I was not sure how to quantify my two main goals with numbers, 1) I also want to help raise awareness of Fibromyalgia and 2) help others who have Fibromyalgia.

Honestly, these are the two most important goals for me with the blog.  All of the numbers are what I can quantify easily, but simply making an impact with a few people can change lives and that really is what I am trying and wanting to do.

I think in a way, if I were to actually meet these goals with the numbers, it might be a reflection of how many people are being helped possibly.  Any suggestions on how to put a number on helping people and raising awareness?
