Update for the Week & Poem: If you could walk in my shoes

I'm still busily working away on all of the projects this week.  Starting to hurt, but being careful to take it as easy as possible.  I will still have limited internet time to help offset the list of things to do this week and hopefully help keep the pain as minimal as possible!

I'm happy to report that we're making progress on the sorting the yard sale stuff.  Registration is done.  School clothes shopping is nearly done.  Our sewer line overflowed today (so gross), but my husband fixed it right away, which was nice.

I'm feeling pretty glad I'm still moving a bit and beginning to wonder if the yard sale will really be ready for this weekend.  I guess we'll see!

In the meantime, I found this poem and really love it.  I hope you like it as much as I do.

This is one of the few times I'm posting something that I don't know a hundred percent for sure who has the copyright.  I know it was written by Manuela McPhee, but I don't know who illustrated it to ask permission for sharing this.

However, the message is so poignant and important that I opted to share it.  If you know who has the copyright on this, please let me know so I can actually ask permission to use this!
